Creative Space for Emotional Renewal
Slow Down
Breathe
Reconnect
Grab a cup of coffee, settle in, and let's sort through what's on your heart and mind. We'll talk, make art if you'd like, and figure out what's working, what's not, and how to move forward with clarity and purpose in a way that makes sense for you.
No art skills required—just curiosity and an open mind.
Here’s how I can help:
Therapy that meets you where you are—no pressure, no judgment
Support for teens and adults
An easy going, nurturing, strengths-based approach
Individual Counseling & Art Therapy
Integrative sessions that combine counseling and art therapy, tailored to your unique needs.
This approach allows for both verbal exploration and creative expression, providing multiple avenues for self-discovery, personal growth, and emotional healing.
Each client receives an art journal to use throughout our work together. This tool serves as a personal space for reflection, creative expression, and growth.
“Art Therapy is an integrative mental health and human services profession that enriches the lives of individuals, families, and communities through active artmaking, creative process, applied psychological theory, and human experience within a psychotherapeutic relationship.”

Hey y’all!
I’m Lauren and I’m really glad you’re here.
I know how hard it can be to reach out for help—especially when you’re feeling overwhelmed, lost, or unsure where to even begin. I’ve been there too. That’s part of why I do this work, to be the kind of therapist I needed during my own most challenging times.
In my practice, I show up as a real person. I’m warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. Whether we talk it out, create together, or a bit of both, my goal is for you to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, hopeful, and inspired.
I work from a person-centered, strengths-based approach which means I believe you already hold a lot of wisdom inside you and I’m here to help you reconnect with it.
